Russia has announced that it is designating South Korea as a country that has acted unfriendly to its government, businesses and Russians.

The list of unfriendly countries includes the United States and the United Kingdom, which have led the international community's sanctions against Russia, 27 EU member states, and Ukraine.

Various sanctions, including diplomatic restrictions, are expected to be imposed on these non-friendly countries.

For now, the Russian government has allowed Russian businesses and individuals to repay debts in Russian rubles to creditors of non-friendly countries.

Receiving the ruble, which has depreciated in value, will cause a lot of damage, so a significant blow is expected to domestic companies such as Samsung and LG that have entered Russia.

Meanwhile, the third peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, which started at 11 o'clock last night our time, ended in three hours.

It is said that the two sides have decided to operate a humanitarian route through which civilians can evacuate from today.

The exact timing of the next negotiations has not been set, but is expected to take place in Belarus soon.

The two sides also agreed to meet with their foreign ministers through Turkish mediation on the 10th to discuss the situation.

Earlier, the Russian military announced that it would stop bombing the capital Kiiu, the second city of Kharkiv, the northeastern border city of Sumi, and the southern part of Mariupol from 10 am local time yesterday.

However, the Russian side did not disclose whether or how long the attack would stop in other cities, and limited civilian evacuation routes to Russia and Belarus.
